Credit cards accepted are Mastercard or Visa.
Postage & packing is $5.99 AUD for all orders delivered with our standard Australia delivery option. For orders delivered outside Australia a small shipping charge will be added. This is calculated by the amount ordered and the delivery location. You will be shown how much the shipping charge is before finally agreeing to proceed with your order.
Is Express Post Parcel available?
Yes, Australia Post Express Post is available at all times to ensure the fastest possible delivery. This service is not available on public holidays and at weekends due to the restrictions of Australian Post.
What does Express Post Parcel delivery cost?
The costs of the service is automatically calculated depending on the products you have in your shopping basket.
What if Express Post Parcel delivery fails?
If this Express Post Parcel service does not fulfil our guarantee simply notify us by e-mail and we will contact Australian Post to track your parcel. For further information on Express Post Parcel delivery please see the Australian Post website.
Regular Parcel Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch your paid order as soon as possible. All dispatches will by Australia Post to the name and address you require. This service ensures that your products are sent as soon as possible, but does not guarantee next day delivery.

When you place an order by credit or debit card the transaction will be shown under the name of C & V Supplies Pty Ltd. All packaging sent to your delivery address will be plain and unmarked.

We may use general information from our customer database, for statistical purposes. However this information will not identify any individual customer.
During making a purchase, you will be given the option to store your details in a "cookie" on your own PC. This is a small program which allows the web site to recognise you when you visit us again.

It is our policy to dispatch all orders the same/next working day (Monday to Friday) of receiving them. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within 5 days, we will contact you immediately to agree another time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the customer will be offered a full refund.
All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering.
